Leadership in healthcare has never been simple. It requires clinical credibility, rigor, operational strategy, and the courage to challenge outdated systems.

With a foundation in academic nursing and executive healthcare leadership, my work lives at the intersection of quality excellence, digital innovation, and human-centered culture. From mentoring those just beginning their path in nursing to advising senior leaders and guiding organizations through complex transformation, the focus remains the same: aligning people, systems, and strategy in ways that elevate both performance and purpose.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading at the executive level, teaching at the university level, building AI-enabled digital health solutions, and partnering with organizations pursuing national quality recognition. My career has spanned bedside nursing, academia, healthcare technology, regulatory strategy, and enterprise consulting — not by accident, but by design. That range allows me to see the full ecosystem of healthcare and build solutions that are both visionary and grounded in reality.

I believe technology should support clinicians, not replace them. I believe intergenerational leadership is a strength, not a barrier. And I believe clarity is the most powerful catalyst for meaningful change.
